This old retail space was transformed into a home décor workshop and is a Regional CotY Award winning commercial space! The original area was partitioned and had dark tinged walls. We transformed the spot using a modern, rustic, farmhouse-style aesthetic, incorporating aged woods, linen fabrics and metal details into the design. The new, wide-open space features 12-foot tall shiplap walls, a custom barn door and drop pendants. The stained concrete floors were repaired as well. Layering warm wood tones over a neutral color palette makes this modern rustic look a timeless design.
